The office manager, Margaret is kind, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and always positive. Dr Lo has a professional yet very personable and comfortable demeanour. I never feel rushed in her presence. Joanna is my hygienist. She treats me with kidlike gloves as she knows that’s what I need!! At 54, I my dentist “phobia” has been much reduced to dentist “respectable” thanks to this amazing team. I highly recommend them!

Have been going to this dental office for years now and love it! Everyone is professional and efficient. Margaret is so organized and my appointments are always on time. Office is always clean and aesthetically so well-kept. All dentists and dental assistants are so professional and personable. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone!

Today was my first visit and first cleaning and I was immensely pleased with both. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and my hygiene cleaning was exceptional. I received a thorough cleaning. My mouth never felt so good. Heather did an excellent job and even took the time to do an extra oral exam. Patient care is a high priority at this clinic.

My whole family goes to Lifestyle Dentistry (formerly Dentistry at Clarkson Village Shoppers) and we could not be more pleased.....they are fabulous!! Dr. Lo is an amazing dentist and the other staff are phenomenal! Service is great and timely - I often have to get back to work after appointments and they are always willing and able to accommodate early morning appointments that allow me to do. They are also great at explaining any procedures before they do it and following-up afterwards by call to check in on how we are feeling. The kids also love going to the dentist which is a first. I would highly recommend Lifestyle Dentistry for your family's complete dental needs!

Dr Hanna Lo & her team have been our family’s dental providers for many years. We have always received exceptional care in a very friendly office. The clinic is spotless, cleanings and fillings are pain free, and it’s a pleasant experience visiting the dentist ! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care.

Dr. Lo has been my dentist for years. Lifestyle Dentistry is nearly an hour from where I live but I keep going back there. For a short period, I changed dentists to a local dentist. Big mistake. Two failed fillings and I ran back to Dr. Lo who fixed it in one visit. Even for cleanings, scans and other dental work, everyone there is SO kind and caring. Margaret's response times are ridiculously fast and the dental hygienist Nadine is hilarious, full of stories and an expert in her craft. I'll continue driving an hour each way because it's worth it. I highly and without hesitation recommend Dr. Lo and her team!

We have been with this practice about 6 or 7 years, and we are very happy with the consistent care and professionalism the staff deliver. Margaret, at the front desk, is a very kind, warm, and helpful person and makes you feel like family. Dr. Hannah Lo and the rest of the team we've seen are very caring too and professional. I always see Joanna for a cleaning and she makes me feel at ease and is very gentle. All the staff have always done a great job with us and our kids, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend.
